Halfords Tour Series is coming to Kettering town centre on the 10th June

The race will start at 7pm on Thursday 10th June and we will be having a host of warm up events to help make the 10th a fun filled day.

12.00pm Come and have a try on various fun bikes such as a juice maker, pedal powered skalextric, tandems, penny farthings, take part in the limbo challenge and lots more

16.00pm See future British Cycling heroes from local schools compete in a school race

17.00pm Take part in a Charity bike ride in aid of Prostate Cancer. Ride the route before the elite riders and raise some money for a worthy cause

18.00pm Riders warm up and get you the chance to meet and greet the riders

19.00pm Race starts

20.15pm Race finishes

You can also get the opportunity of scoring at the New Wembley stadium by taking part in the Wembley Wonder Shot. Can you do what Portsmouth could not and score at the New Wembley? www.wembleywondershot.co.uk/wws/

England Underneath will also be there to help release the new England song http://www.englandunderneath.com/

Please note; This is a closed road race and many of the roads around Kettering will be closed from 8am with full road closure from 4pm, so if you are picking your children up from a town centre school please give yourself time to get there.

We have teamed up with Wicksteed Park and Stagecoach to offer a Park and Ride facility for anyone that works in the town centre or will be driving in to see the race. The park and ride will start at 8am and will be every 15 minutes to St Marys hospital. The last bus back will be 10pm
